Declaration of support for HPFI Mission Statement and Statement of Belief (Hamilton Pride Festival Inc. BY-LAW #1 and #2):
Hamilton Pride Festival Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Corporation’) is a not-for-profit Corporation whose function is to plan, organize and produce the Hamilton Pride Festival in the City of Hamilton celebrating the diversity, history, and achievements of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Communities during the month of June of each year.
Hamilton Pride Festival Inc. believes that all members of our society should be free from discrimination, harassment or undue hardship because of their sexual orientation, gender orientation, gender, race, colour, creed, religion, marital status, age, mental or physical ability, physical characteristics, ethnic origin or place of origin. To this end, Hamilton Pride Festival Inc. strives to achieve the best level of representation, service and commitment to our diverse communities.
